I left for a 10 day vacation the morning after Katie and Jordan's beautiful wedding so after some friendly pressure from the maid of honor I decided to post a sneak peek. This wedding was so much fun to photograph and I can't wait to share more photos...in a week or so haha.
Jenna + John = Narrows of the Harpeth Engagement Session
Elizabeth + Wade = Scarritt Bennett and Parthenon Wedding
I am so lucky to get to work with couples like Elizabeth and Wade. I absolutely love their laid back and incredibly fun personalities. The day was such a blast from start to finish.
We started the day at the Nashville Marriott which was the perfect place to get ready because Elizabeth's room had a view of their reception venue the Parthenon! We then headed over to Scarritt Bennett which is absolutely stunning for wedding ceremonies.
Elizabeth and Wade are not short on personality which was so much fun to capture from the first look to the reception. These two are crazy about each other and have some of the sweetest families I have ever been around. Wade is a DJ on the side and we got to witness his sick skills on the turn tables before they headed out so start their new life together.
Thank you so much for letting me capture this amazing day!
Adrienne + Ryan = The White Raven in Alberton, Montana
One of my favorite things about shooting weddings is when I get to work with families for a second, or in this case, third time. I develop really strong experiences with families on the wedding day, but unfortunately, I don't always get to see them again if they live out of town. Luckily, this is my third wedding with this amazing family. The first time I met Adrienne and Ryan was about 7 years ago at Ryan's sister's wedding in New Jersey. I absolutely love this family and can't describe how excited I was to get an email and an invitation to come and shoot their wedding in Montana.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Adrienne and Ryan. They are both super creative, laid back, and care deeply about their family and friends. The entire weekend was an absolute blast. Their deep love for each other was totally obvious throughout the entire day, but you could especially see it during the ceremony when Adrienne walked down the aisle to Ryan.
Between an amazing family and the beautiful landscape of Montana, I had pretty high expectations for this wedding. They were all exceeded. So happy for you guys!!
Frances and Jim = Benton Chapel and Schermerhorn Symphony Center Wedding
How can you ever top a wedding with custom made balloon hats?? Frances and Jim are both from Texas but fell in love at Vanderbilt which is why they decided to have their ceremony at Benton Chapel on the university's campus.
