I love Italy. I love Black and White photos. This blog post brings two of my favorite things together from our trip back in August.
Rain or Shine.
The word on the street is that Nashville is a bowl where pollen and other unfriendly allergens float around during season changes. Considering that the weather fluctuates between 30 and 70 degrees from September to March, I am in a constant state of potential sinus danger. This wouldn't be a big deal except that my job requires me to be at my best ever time I show up for work...I'm shooting people's WEDDINGS! Last night I shot a wedding completely in the dark, with rain, and a sinus infection...but still had to show up with a smile, acknowledge that the day is about them and not me, and work my photo magic. The night before the wedding I felt like absolute crap and had a raging fever. I can't give a medical explanation for this product but wanted to share it with anyone else that suffers from sinus issues. This product is amazing...it shoots water up your nasal passage riding you of all the nastiness that makes you feel so awful.
Paige + Ben = Nashville Engagement Session

Morgan + Taylor = Chattanooga Engagement Session
I had so much fun with Morgan + Taylor in Chattanooga for their engagement session. We started in the Art District and took some photos on the steps where Taylor proposed and then we headed out to a magical place with a beautiful view and a magical sunset. When Morgan and Taylor told me that they wanted to take some photos in their friends' backyard I was a little worried...but then we got there and all was well.
Samantha + Andrew = Nashville Engagement Session
Samantha and Andrew are such a sweet and fun couple. They live in Knoxville which is where their wedding will be next year, but were in town for Thanksgiving so we got to do their engagement photos in Nashville. They brought their super cute and extremely well trained Golden Doodle along for the shoot, who I believe has a great future in the dog modeling world ahead.
