Wow. That’s the only word that comes to mind when thinking back over Hannah and Bubba’s wedding. Everything from how beautiful Hannah looked in her dress to the ‘party of the year’ that also happened to be a wedding reception was just ‘Wow’.
I love that Hannah chose to get ready at their house. I think it’s so special to start such a memorable day in a house that will be such a vessel for more memories as the years grow. It also didn’t hurt that her bedroom was basically a photography studio with large windows and white walls.
After rescheduling their engagement session several times, it was no surprise that it also rained on their wedding day. The good news is that the rain finally turned into a light drizzle just long enough for a magical rainbow to appear. Besides being a sign that God will never destroy the world again, I think it was also a sign that an epic party was about to begin. Besides the stellar job Page and Windrow did to make Richland CC look amazing, it was one of the most fun receptions I have ever photographed. What’s more fun than an epic band, a place to trade your heels for slippers, and balloon hats.
I can’t thank you enough for letting me photograph such a fun and special weekend. Congrats you guys!
