I first met Larry and Delia at one of the hottest weddings I have ever photographed in my life where Larry was a groomsmen. There's even some crazy legend from that wedding that a groomsman, who will remain unnamed, spent every minute he could before the ceremony cooling off in his car with a minimal amount of clothing.
This experience guaranteed that Delia and Larry would be having an indoor ceremony. It worked out well because this is the church were they grew up and Delia always imagined having a portrait made in front of the beautiful red door of the old sanctuary at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Murfreesboro.
We started the day at The Social Chair where Delia got ready with her bridesmaids and incredibly cute flower girls. The entire wedding party was such a blast to spend the day with. After the ceremony ended we headed over to Jon Haven Farm for the reception. It was the perfect place for a killer reception and sunset photos. It also didn't hurt that Delia and Larry had Jeni's Ice Cream truck stop by for dessert. Delia and Larry are such a wonderful couple and I am so thankful I got to be their photographer.
