When we were discussing locations for Deena and Chaz’s engagement session they happened to mention that they have a farm that has been in their family for generations. I always love using locations that have significance to the couple, but I absolutely love it when the location is as gorgeous as this one. I had so much fun getting to hang out with these two awesome people and can’t wait for the wedding!
I had so much fun getting to spend the afternoon with Ashley and Bryan for their engagement session. They definitely know how to make my job easy…being beautiful and totally in love. We started the session at The Hermitage Hotel where they are getting married next year and then headed over to a park where they spend. a lot of time with their furry friend. It was such a great day and I can’t wait for the wedding.
Emily and Alex’s wedding was such a blast! They are both wonderful people who couldn’t be more perfect for each other. We had a beautiful fall day for their gorgeous wedding at Scarritt Bennett. After the ceremony we took a trolley over to East Ivy Mansion for an epic reception. Alex brewed all of the beer for the party and made a really cool custom beer bar. Everyone kept warm by either enjoying the outdoor fire pits or tearing it up on the dance floor. So grateful that I know this couple and got to photograph this day.

Julia and Murray are such a sweet and fun couple. They had their beautiful wedding and reception at Christ The King Church. There were so many things I loved about their wedding but the mother-daughter choreographed dance do ABBA’s Dancing queen was definitely one of my faves. It was so fun to watch this awesome couple get to celebrate with all of their wonderful family and friends.

Katie and Rob live in California but chose to have their intimate and incredibly fun wedding here in Nashville at Ruby. There is something special about destination weddings because everyone has nothing to do but celebrate with the couple and they got nothing to do but party. Katie and Rob are so laid back and the entire day was a blast. Even though I have photographed over 400 weddings, Katie and Rob did something I have never seen before. They had handwritten letters waiting for their guests at their seat for the reception. It’s a beautiful thing to see a room full of people burst into happy tears at the same time. Brigett and her team at B-Golden Weddings and Events did an amazing job creating a gorgeous day for this sweet couple. So thankful I got to photograph such an awesome day and couldn’t be happier for these two wonderful humans.
