It was the perfect summer day for Brooke and Daniel’s wedding at the beautiful Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory. The day was full of laughter and happy tears. Brooke looked absolutely stunning in her dress.
Rachel + Ben = Nashville Engagement Session
Not gonna lie…I wish it had been about 15 degrees cooler, but none the less I had an awesome time getting to spend the evening with Rachel and Ben. I love spending as much time as possible with the couples I get to work with. I’ve been looking forward to this session ever since we got to hang out at Rachel and Ben’s favorite restaurant and get to know each other over 1…maybe 2 old fashions.

Why I still give my clients a USB DRIVE in 2021
If you took a poll and simply asked people one of their favorite things I can safely assume it would be receiving a package in the mail…or more likely having the FedEx driver arrive with their much anticipated package.
I have several friends who are wedding photographers.
Some of them simply shoot a wedding and send a link. I totally understand this from a practical and financial standpoint. The reality is that the photos clients download are often the same as the ones that you would put onto a USB drive.
But here’s the thing…
As wedding photographers, we are doing so much more than a simple transaction of taking and delivering photos.
We are creating an experience.
That experience starts with the first contact and hopefully never ends but evolves into a friendship and lifetime client. A crucial step in that process is the post wedding experience that couples have with you.
Yes, people are used to downloading things from the internet and spreading them across their social media platforms and out to friends. However, I want you to take a minute and think about your clients’ experience.
You have worked hard to market, book, shoot, create a fun wedding day experience, and edit a couple’s photos. Shouldn’t you also make an intentional effort to enhance your clients’ experience of receiving the photos?
Your brand is the experience and art you create for your clients.
Using custom branded USB drives to deliver photos gives you another touch point with your clients and an opportunity solidify the strength of your brand.
I get my USB drives from USB Memory Direct. They have amazing customer service and create a high quality product that my clients love.
Wedding Photography is mainly a referral based business…don’t waste an opportunity to give your couples something to talk about.
