Jenni + John are getting married at the amazing Mint Springs Farm later this year later this fall but we also got to shoot their engaement there. This was my first time at this venue and I am in love with this place. Jenni and John are such a fun and sweet couple and I had a blast with them on the shoot. I will be sharing more photos very soon.
Storms Will Come
I love the couples that I work with. All of their weddings seem to be about the marriage and not the wedding. This is especially true for Sarabeth and Payton. Even with an epic storm rolling in they were totally calm and laid back. Nothing was ruined because at the end of the day they would sill be husband and wife.
This photo reminded me of John 16:33 "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart, because I have overcome the world." Life will inevitably get messy and hard, maybe even seemingly impossible at times, but a marriage centered around Christ will survive these storms and grow deeper in Him and towards each other through these trials.
McCall + Brandon = Franklin, TN Engagement
I had so much spending the afternoon with McCall + Brandon on their engagement session in downtown Franklin, TN. Not only did I have a beautiful couple that is totally in love to work with...but we also managed to stumble upon a magical field with a hammock.

Krissie + Travis are such an amazing couple and probably had one of the most fun receptions I have ever photographed. The day was full of love and dancing, laughter, and glow-in-the-dark glasses.
