I was recently honored to donate a session to a silent auction for Best Buddies.  They are an amazing organization that you should definitely check out and consider getting involved with.  I almost never do family sessions because I'm too busy photographing weddings and engagements but I had so much fun getting to spend the day with the sweet family.  

The Standard

I love this couple! Hannah and Adam are so much fun to be around and have such a deep and fun love for one another. Going into the wedding I told them that I was expecting it to be on my top 10 best weddings ever list.  They did not disappoint.  Between Adam crying happy tears all day, and getting to hang out with such an awesome wedding party and guests, they definitely breezed their way to the top 10 of my list.  I always love traveling for weddings and The Standard in Knoxville was like shooting in a giant photo studio all day. It also didn't hurt that it was located next to a delicious BBQ joint that provided the perfect nourishment to boost my photo skills to their maximum potential.

After Hannah and Adam's grand exit with crazy confetti we headed a few blocks to the place where they had their first date. I love getting to go to locations like this on a wedding day that played such a strong role in a couple's story.

Red Bull Sound Select - Buffalo Rodeo + Daniel Ellsworth and the Great Lakes

It's been awesome to watch Daniel Ellsworth and the Great Lakes over the past several years as they continue to put out some amazing music.  If you haven't heard their music yet you need to check them out right now.  Another band you need to check out is Buffalo Rodeo who are based in Bowling Green, KY, but play in Nashville all the time.  They both played the Red Bull Sound Select show in December and totally killed it.

I am going to India and I need your help to get there!

I am offering professional headshots for only $40.  I usually charge $85 for this type of service so this is a great deal for you, and a huge blessing to us.  Whether you've never had a professional headshot taken or need an updated photo from your previous 1990's look you are rockin' on your Linkedin profile pic, now is the time to make it happen.

All the proceeds will support the Ethos team going to India this March to serve the poor, share the message of Jesus, and encourage the church leaders working in the trenches everyday.

The Details:

We are accepting walk-ins but you can also schedule a time to come by any time between 11am - 6pm.  Please email Brooks at brookslokey@ethoschurch.org with the subject: 'headshot' to set up your session. The session will only take about 5 minutes.  People who have scheduled a time will take priority over walk-ins.

When and Where:

• 11am- 6pm

There is parking around the back of the house.

Payment:

• The $40 is due at the headshot session
• Cash, Check, or Credit Card is accepted
• Tax Deductible payments can be written as checks to Lipscomb University

The Photos

• You will be given 3 edited images to choose from.
• You will be able to download the high resolution images from an online gallery
• You have full rights to the image to use as you please

FAQ

-Q: What can I legally use the headshot photo for?  A: Anything and everything

-Q: What is the turn around time?  A: You will be able to download the photo on Wednesday, Feb 4th.

-Q: Will you remove stray hairs or 'photoshop' my face to make me look amazing?  A: Basic editing will be done to each photo but if you are expecting a new nose or flatter tummy you will be disappointed.

-Q: How large and what type of file will I be able to download?  A: You will be able to download a high resolution JPEG.

-Q: Will the image have a watermark on it?  A: No
